For warranty & repair service
 
Have your serial number ready before you call. No factory repairs can be authorized without a serial number.

Do not send any product to Edax Audio Labs without receiving a repair order number first; otherwise the shipment will be refused. Edax  does not offer walk-in service

To obtain warranty repair authorization at the factory only, send a e-mail to contact@edaxaudio.com with the following information ready:
• The product's serial number
• Your name and address
• Your daytime voice phone number
• Your Fax Number
• A description of the problem
• A copy of the original sales receipt

Neglecting to include any of this information will delay your repair.

At this time, please contact Edax Audio Labs Support for all service center related issues. We appologize for any inconvenience. All you will need for warranty service is a copy of your sales receipt. All users outside the Mexico should contact their local distributor. 

 

Warranty or non-warranty repair The warranty for all Edax Audio Labs  products is one year, parts and labor to the original owner only and is not transferable.The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.

All shipping and insurance costs  for warranty or  out-of-warranty repairs are paid by the customer.
We will return the unit back to you via Federal Express Ground Delivery prepaid.
If you have to send the unit back to us for a warranty or non-warranty repair, ship back only the unit and return it to us in the original box and packing material if possible.
 
Please use the online product registration as soon as you purchase your unit. You'll get much faster service if all your information is in our computer before you contact us.
